Welcome here!
I am so very excited to embark upon the sacred path of YOGA together.
A little bit about my journey... I started practicing in 2010 in the power vinyasa yoga world. I was greatly inspired by postures I could not access at first, until soon after, I achieved great capability in my practice. After years of pursuing Ashtanga Yoga, in time, I came to experience injury in my shoulder and neck, due to the form of yoga I was practicing was not helping me take care of myself.
After Starting Yoga Revealed Podcast, I met my current Teachers, Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels and began to dive into Yoga On The Inside. Greatly inspired by Iyengar Yoga.
Over the past 10 years of being a student, I have taken 10 trainings, immersions or Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Senior Teachers such as Eddie, Kristin, Manouso Manos, Shri H.S. Arun, Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor, and the various other teachers that have greatly inspired my journey over this decade has brought me to this moment in time.
I have an extreme eye of attention.
By Working 1:1 with me, you are honoring the intention of YOGA. Student-Teacher Relationship that transmits the wisdom of yoga.
It is a sacred journey to find Self-Reliant Healing Systems that address our every changing emotional, physical, and spiritual experiences as practitioners—and teachers.
