About me
Bal Raksha Bharat also known as Save the Children is India’s leading independent child rights NGO, which works in 16 states. Beginning its journey in April 2008, when it was registered as ‘Bal Raksha Bharat’ under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, it has changed the lives of more than 14 million children as of March 2022. In India and across the world, Bal Raksha Bharat works on-ground – every day and especially in times of crisis. Our projects and interventions are designed to improve the lives of underprivileged children by helping them through different programmes like education, health & nutrition, humanitarian response, child protection, poverty and inclusion.
