- Message us here on Instagram or Facebook. Tell us about your bike, the issue you’re facing, or what you need help with.
- To get to the root of the issue, we’ll ask you some questions. This helps us understand your situation better and pinpoint the problem before you even bring your bike in.
- Because we take the time to provide personalised service, we sometimes have high demand. Rest assured, we don’t leave any message unattended. We’ll get to you as soon as we can.
- Once we understand your needs, we’ll assess whether you only need to purchase a spare part online to DIY or bring your bike to our shop. We’ll check our availability, give you an estimated price, and suggest a time that works best for both of us.
- When you arrive, we’ll perform a free diagnostic with you to confirm the issue. From there, we’ll take care of the rest, handling your bike with the care and expertise it deserves.
- When your bike is ready, we’ll explain what we did and share tips on how to keep your bike in top shape. If you only need parts or accessories, check out our eBay shop managed by one of our team members. Feel free to send us a message for advice.

These guys are fantastic. I had a rear hub failure on my VanMoof S3, Danmoof diagnosed the issue. I bought a replacement hub which they fitted alongside a service. The service included replacement sets of brake pads, chain degreased and re-oiled - they even gave the bike a clean. They service all bikes, not just e-bikes.
