I’m Larry Green, a trainer with 18 years of experience, a current athlete. My specialty: gaining muscle mass, weight loss, stretching, preparation for competitions and general health promotion.

During my sports practice I have learned from my own experience that proper exercise is an essential part of maintaining health and strengthening the endocrine, nervous and immune systems.
