Is it possible to come to your training if you have never played tennis?
Of course, I work with both professional athletes and beginners. The level is unimportant. The main thing is your desire and discipline. Then the result will not take long to wait.
What is included in the cost of the first workout?
The cost of training includes:

How many classes can you learn to play tennis in?
It depends on your level of athletic training. Everything is individual here. But on average, 5 lessons are enough to already learn the basics of playing tennis and put the technique.
What do I need for my first tennis lesson?
Comfortable sportswear and sneakers (preferably for tennis). But for the first workout, any will do. A racket and a basket of balls are included in the price of the lesson.
