How do I take body measurements when I’m not available to meet physically?
Our body measurements chart guide takes care of that for you, with allowances up to 3cm for any ordered outfit, depending on the design and cut.

How do I book an appointment with you?
You can book with us by clicking on the ‘book an appointment’ box on our Facebook page, or you can send us an email, or you call us through direct call on WhatsApp (message/audio/video).
How do I make a request for the clothing designs I prefer?
Book a One-on-One session with me via WhatsApp, and I’ll personally take your orders/requests.

How long does it take for the clothes ordered to be ready?
Generally, it depends on the choice of clothing.
Our Ready-to-Wear projects take seven (7) days from date of order and payment confirmation.
Other projects such as the formal/semi-formal wears, smart work wears, suits, traditional attires, etc. take between fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days.
You will be notified as soon as order is ready.

How do I know when to take delivery of items purchased?
Notification is will be sent to you when your project is ready.
And soon after package is couriered/shipped.
Deliveries are done through our certified couriers for within Nigeria, and FedEx and/or DHL Internationally to ensure safety and security of your packages.
We also encourage person in-store pick ups, especially if customer is available for fitting.

We deliver within and outside Nigeria, via certified couriers companies.
You will be given the list of our certified couriers to choose from.

What is your delivery timeline?
We make delivery on all Ready-to-Wear clothing between 3 - 5 days after receipt and confirmation of payment.
Our Custom-fit clothing are delivered 12 - 15 days after receipt and confirmation of payment, and sample fabric approved by you.
