Where is the apprenticeship based?
We have multiple offices across the UK, but currently, our apprenticeship location is London (Bedfont Lakes, Feltham, West London) and Manchester (Didsbury)
What will I gain from the apprenticeship?
For our Customer Experience program, you will gain experience of different teams within Cisco, whether in technical roles or non-technical roles. You will also gain a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions degree.
For our Sales program, you will gain experience of various sales teams within Cisco, either in non-technical sales roles or technical sales roles. You will also gain either a BA (Hons) Professional Management degree if you’re interested in the non-tech sales side or a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions degree if you’re interested in the tech sales side.

How long is the apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship is 4 years long
During the first year, you will complete an induction boot camp; giving you the foundation to build your exciting career with us. The year will also include three 3-month rotations across our business units that will offer you exposure and entry-level responsibilities
In Year 2 & 3, you’ll start to specialise, depending on the program you’re on you’ll either be focusing on an area of Sales or Customer Experience (tech or non-tech), helping you discover your ideal sales or customer experience career with Cisco. These 2 years will include three longer rotations across different teams where you will take ownership of partner / customer projects
And in Year 4 you’ll define your career path and deliver work and results to the business, in preparation for graduation. The year will include a final 12-month rotation where you are accountable to a specific team or customer and delivering to agreed key performance indicators

What are the entry requirements?
5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent)
2 A Levels or equivalent
